If you are looking for customised workouts to get you fighting fit, then this is the ideal choice. With a studio that is well-equipped, modern and comfortable, and immediate access to lovely countryside for outdoor exercise, KettlebellFit personal training will help you get results – fast.

Each session is carefully planned according to your goals, current fitness level and any medical restrictions that you might have. Kettlebells will be incorporated into your bespoke sessions, along with a wide variety of other fitness "weapons" so as to help you achieve your goals.

How?

Personal training is particularly beneficial when there is continuity and although I am willing to – and sometimes do – provide one-off sessions for those wishing to seek general advice, from experience I find that most people's good intentions to exercise, fall by the wayside. I would suggest the following approach:

  • Let's meet up at my studio for an initial chat so that you can tell me about yourself, what exercise you enjoy doing and so on, and also to give you the opportunity to meet me (after all, you want to make sure that you will feel at ease with me as your PT!) and to see the studio. This will cost you nothing other than an hour or so of your time.
  • If and when you have decided that KettlebellFit personal training is for you, we will meet up again for a more detailed chat about your lifestyle, exercise regime and what you are aiming to achieve. I will also do a series of fitness tests, a postural analysis and will give you a food diary to fill in over the following week. Based on all that we will have discussed, on the results of the fitness tests, and on the postural and nutritional analyses, we can then get going on exercise sessions that will be tailored specifically for you. This initial consultation costs £50.

In short, these fitness “weapons” are powerful but they do need to be handled carefully and with excellent technique. All KettlebellFitUK instructors are fully qualified and insured which is just what’s needed when it comes to incorporating kettlebells safely into your fitness routine!

How much?

Personal training sessions may be booked and paid for in blocks of ten or twenty and become progressively cheaper the bigger the booking:

  • So if you book and pay for ten sessions, you will get a 5% discount and pay £380 instead of £400.
  • If you book and pay for twenty sessions, you will get a 10% discount, and pay £720 instead of £800.

Cancellations

With regard to bookings, please note that although I do my very best to be flexible – and I really do understand that life can unexpectedly get in the way of your PT sessions – I would appreciate it if cancellations could be made as far ahead as possible.

Outdoor Group Personal Training

Outdoor group personal training is a fantastic alternative to 1:2:1 PT sessions: it's cost effective, it's great fun... and it works! Join as a group of between 2 and 4 friends so that you can workout together and motivate each other (or compete?!) to reach your goals.

Each session is carefully planned according to your group goals, current fitness levels and any medical restrictions that you might have. Kettlebells will be incorporated into your bespoke sessions, along with a variety of other fitness "weapons" so as to help you get results.
