KettlebellFit Boot Camps are specially designed to safely maximise inch loss and fitness gains in a short period of time, whatever your fitness levels... whilst having a sociable, fun time.

Work-friendly hours ensure that you can easily fit the Boot Camps round a busy schedule without disrupting your daily routine, and the simple meal planners take the stress out of deciding what to eat so as to ensure top results. Choose from:

  • A one week intensive Boot Camp (6 days: 6.15am-7.30am)
  • A one week ultra-intensive Boot Camp (6 days with an early morning session – 6.30am-7.30am - and an after work session - 7.30pm-8.30pm)

Where?

During the summer months, Boot Camps will be held outdoors in beautiful countryside south of Loughborough. When the nights are longer, Boot Camps will be held indoors in the village of Old Woodhouse, South of Loughborough.

The one week Intensive Boot Camp during summer costs £48, and during winter costs £59. For this you get:

  • 6 intense workouts designed to kick-start your metabolism and get you burning lots of calories!
  • A 7 day, healthy meal plan to follow, so as to maximise results with the minimum stress
  • Daily text messages to keep you motivated
  • Support and camaraderie via email and FaceBook

The one week Ultra Intensive Boot Camp during summer costs £79.00, and during winter costs £92.00 For this you get:

  • 12 intense workouts designed to kick-start your metabolism and get you burning lots of calories!
  • A 7 day, healthy meal plan to follow, so as to maximise results with the minimum stress
  • Daily text messages to keep you motivated
  • Support and camaraderie via email and FaceBook

6 Steps To Joining KettleBellFit

  1. Contact us to find out about availability on the next KettlebellFit Boot Camp.
  2. Download and Print out the medical screening and informed consent forms.
  3. Fill in these forms clearly and make sure that you have remembered to sign them where required. Please do not leave out the sections asking for mobile ‘phone number and email address as you will be sent an information sheet via email and text messages are used if classes need to be rescheduled.
  4. A cheque for £48 (summer months when outdoors) or £59 (winter months when indoors) for the Intensive Boot Camp, or £79 (Ultra Intensive Boot Camp) made payable to KettlebellFitUK should be written– thank you!
  5. Please post the two forms along with the cheque to the following address:

  7. Once steps 1-5 have been completed, please send an email to joanna@kettlebellfituk.com with the words “Boot Camp application sent” in the subject box.

Once forms and payment have been received, your place is booked. Dates, times and venue will be confirmed in an information sheet which will be emailed out to you.

Q. What sort of clothes should I wear for the KettlebellFit Boot Camp?
A.You are best off wearing comfortable clothing, such as a tracksuit or gym wear, which allows freedom of movement. Parts of this course are high impact so, ladies, a sports bra that provides good support is essential. Good trainers are needed for the high impact exercises. In wet weather, waterproof trainers are a good idea.
Q. I suffer from back pain. Is it alright to do KettlebellFit Boot Camp?
A. Using kettlebells requires you to engage your deep abdominal muscles which, in turn, are the muscles that help to protect your back. This said, if you suffer from back pain please do contact us before deciding to book onto KettlebellFit, so that we have a clearer idea of the problem and can advise you.
Q. What should I know about kettlebells?
A.
  • Kettlebells bring your heart rate up – fast!
  • Kettlebells are made of cast iron and are very heavy, so don’t drop them on your foot!
  • Kettlebell handles are also made of cast iron and if you grip them too hard your hands will blister!
  • If your kettlebell move has gone wrong, never fight the kettlebell: move out of
  • Protect your back: always brace your abdominals and maintain perfect posture!
Q. I suffer from a heart condition. Is it alright to do a KettlebellFit Boot Camp?
A. These boot Camps can be very intense and work the heart very hard, so please seek advice from your doctor before embarking on a KettlebellFit boot Camp. It is always best to build up your fitness levels gradually rather than plunging in at the deep end.
