Dislikes: taking time off training, driving when her three boys are fighting in the back of the car, the barber giving her boys lollipops after a hair cut... and not being the strongest woman in the gym!

Likes: kettlebell training, sprinting, weights, getting a good night’s sleep, baking and then eating the goods, being Scottish, spending time with her two lively daughters, making up challenging kettlebell workouts!
Dislikes:Not getting enough sleep, not getting time to exercise, being hungry, 5-7pm with the kids, living so far away from the homeland
